Hi, I’m Bayly Shelley. I’m a Creative Director and Social Strategist with a camera in one hand, a trending sound in the other, and at least three campaign ideas running in my head at once.

At Kraft Heinz, I lead social content for some of the most iconic brands in the grocery aisle—Kraft Mac & Cheese, Heinz, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Oscar Mayer, Velveeta, and more. I’ve helped define how these brands show up online through bold creative, reactive storytelling, and content that doesn’t just look good—it performs. I concept, direct, shoot, edit, meme, mentor, and still somehow manage to make it fun.

Outside of brand life, I run Drag Files, a passion project celebrating the art of drag through photography and film. My work has been featured in Vogue, Paper Magazine, Deadline, and a few places I didn’t even pitch (which is always a thrill). It’s hands-on, heart-led content creation—and a reminder that I can make anything shine when I believe in it.

I live and breathe content. Whether it's a nostalgic mac and cheese spot, a chaotic Kool-Aid activation in the streets of New Orleans, or a lo-fi TikTok made in 15 minutes that goes viral, I know how to meet the moment, move culture, and make people care.
